As of March 1, 2009 I have taken over the catering at Licher Golf-Club as its exclusive owner.
Within the past few years I more and more learned to appreciate the quality and diversity in taste of organic food. I believe itís both for you as a guest and me as the chef a great feeling to know the origin of e.g. the veal for your rump steak or even the salad on your plate.
Following this there will be some innovations in my cuisine, such as a smaller menu and meals with food from controlled organic breeding. Of course we will further on serve you with our famous club specialties as well as seasonal highlights.
