Requirement for the acceptance as an ordinary member (full membership) of our Licher Golf-Club is to participate in our owner corporation of our golf course by buying shares of the Golfplatz Lich Aktiengesellschaft.
You can apply for an ordinary membership after having purchased 3 shares.
Corporate memberships require 9 to 12 shares.

New as of 2009: The privilege of the executive board, defined in 1997, to have the right to increase the assets of the corporation by issuing shares has expired in 2008, as scheduled and defined in our statutes. Therefore shares can only be bought from shareholders who own more shares than necessary. Last issue price: 4.850 €/share (June 14, 2008).

The good news: We are for sure not a private function, and approximately 100 rights to play are still with some shareholders. If you are interested in becoming an ordinary member, please get in touch with our administration that will enable you to get in touch with the executive board. Our executive board is usually well informed about shareholders who like to sell shares.
